諮詢 》Consultation     

歡迎預約或直接前往位於尖沙咀金馬倫道的織髮中心，跟我們專業織髮顧問傾傾，了解我們的產品特性，也讓我們了解你的需要    

Make reservation at 2368 2628 or visit our replacement centre in Tsim Sha Tsui. Do come and have closer look of our products, allow us to have a better understanding of your needs through talking to our hair consultant.      

試戴 》Try On    

我們的真髮、纖維髮品，款式與尺碼齊備。 請預留時間試戴, 織髮中心多款現成的流行款式，不但可看看佩戴效果，更可以讓我們評估及設計一個專屬「你」的款式    

We have wide variety of styles in 100% human hair and synthetic products.  Try it on and you will see how it looks. Meanwhile, we could evaluate and design your unique one.    

量頭與設計 》Measurement & Design    

準確量度客人掉髮面積、頭部尺寸和弧度是我們製作前重要的一環，從額前、髮頂、髮流方向、髮漩、以至後頸位置都一絲不苟，以確保為你訂造的織髮能做到貼服、自然、舒適    

 Custom made focus on customers' headshape and extend of hair loss.  Size will be made precisely.  And designs of hair style, hair length, colors and even crown and parting will be on your own uniqueness.    

選料選色》Base Material & Colour Selections     

因應你的需要，點選不同耐用度、透氣度和親膚度的頭網用料，再配合喜愛的髮色或混色程度，設計便完成。沒有頭緒？我們可以為你效勞    

Sensitive skin? Sweaty head? It’s alright, we would suggest suitable hair net base on your needs.  Durable, high permeability and skin-friendly hair nets are selectable. Furthermore, our colour rings are full of popular choices. No idea? We are here to help.     

製作 》Production    

當所需資料準備就緒，我們自家廠房便可以立刻進行生產，一般需時6-8個星期。    

Our own factory will produce the wig under close supervision and quality control. Production period is 6-8 weeks approximately.     

剪裁 》Trimming and Styling     

髮品完成後，我們將通知你前往中心修剪和造型，屆時髮型師會親自指導你關於佩戴、清洗及日常護理等使用技巧，讓你更容易掌握。    

Once wig is ready, we will notify you. In our private room,  professional hair stylist will conduct the trimming and styling for you with the wig on to made sure you are satisfied.     

跟進 After Service    

如在使用時遇上任何問題，請直接聯繫我們；而我們的客戶服務員，亦會適時跟進你的佩戴情況。    

We understand that you may have questions while you are using  your first custom-made wig. So we provide after-sale services. With your permission, we will contact you from time to time for case-following and enquires.
